Summary of S - 94th Congress (): A bill to amend the National Capital Transportation Act of to authorize an additional appropriation of $,, for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit System. This rule applies to a recipient of Federal financial assistance undertaking a major capital project using funds made available under: (a) Sections 3, 9, or 18 of the Federal Mass Transit Act of , as amended; (b) 23 U.S.C. (e)(4); or (c) Section 14(b) of the National Capital Transportation Amendments of (93 Stat. , Pub. L. ).
Makes technical amendments to the Trade Act of and the Tariff Schedules of the United States. Requires monthly reports on the port of entry value of each item in the Tariff Schedules of the United States and the aggregate values of U.S. imports and exports based on such values.
